Most slept on, underrated leatherman. Not the fanciest (only 420hc) but it just works. The smaller form and lighter weight is just awesome while still having tons of capability. I love mine.

A: Most (but not all) tools do come with a standard nylon sheath. The Rebar does come with one.

A: Depending on who the seller of the item was, it may be a 2nd hand/off brand tool. If it was sold by an authorized distributor, the tool may have been assembled wrong. I would reach out to customer service to get the details hammered out.
