WHO WE ARE
On July 5, 1983, Tim Leatherman founded the Leatherman Tool Group, Inc. His company philosophy was based on a simple but essential goal: the production of absolutely high-quality products that create maximum customer benefit. Every Leatherman multi-tool is made from high-quality materials and assembled by hand in our Portland, Oregon facility.

Leatherman Europe GmbH was founded in 2018 and is Leatherman's first subsidiary outside the USA. Our team at the Ratingen location takes care of logistics, finance, customer service, sales and marketing for all of Europe, always with the aim of being very close to our customers and their needs.
