REVIEW HIGHLIGHTS

Basically un upgraded wave that could be better.

Nicely made tool that is almost identical to the wave with upgraded materials and cutting hook. I use the cutting hook a lot. The small bit driver is about as useless a tool there is. Would be better to eliminate it and the squashed other bit driver. That space (for those 2 drivers) could be used for a full size bit driver that takes standard bits.

Best warranty ever

So I bent the medium screwdriver they replaced it and had loose plates they worked loose over time Leatherman tighten them up. So I sent it into Leatherman. Q: When it says the handles are titanium, does that mean 100% titanium? And which part of the handles, I see both the main body that has the sort of texture done to it, and then the flat brushed piece where customization goes. Are both of those made of titanium? Thanks!

A: The 4 outer scales (not the smooth plates on top, but the actual handle) are made of a common and robust titanium alloy. Commercially pure titanium is rare, mostly used for corrosive environments and chemical processing.

Q: Are you selling the charge+tti without the crimper cutout in the pliers. I am going to buy one only if I can get it with the full pliers head

A: The Charge+ TTI has recently had a rolling change to the plier head. The pliers no longer include the crimpers in the pliers.
