PROBLEM-SOLVing & PERSEVERANCE

That’s how Tim Leatherman created the world’s first multi-tool in 1983. And that’s still how the company is designed today.

INTEGRITY. EXCELLENCE. EMPOWERMENT.

Everything we do comes from these three principles—from supporting our employees to building relationships with partners and customers to making our community a better place.

HEALTHY LIFE = HEALTHY WORKPLACE

Work with amazing folks that care for each other, learn from one another, and laugh—a lot. You’ll not only build a better company, you’ll build a better you. Your quality of life is just as important to us as the quality of the products we create.
