A Great Loss.....
I had a Leatherman c302/c303 for about 18 months. I've carried a lot of different pocketknives over the years and was skeptical of this knife when I first bought it. It was so incredibly light!!!! How could something this light and smooth stand up to the abuse that I put a knife through?
I carried it for about a week and decided to check the edge, figuring it would need a touch-up. Nope, still razor sharp.
I was pleased. I continued to use it, happier every time it came out of my pocket. It fit my hand so well, I was amazed. Well balanced, always sharp, smooth draw, and very quick to open one-handed.
I was very impressed.
I'm a volunteer firefighter, and this knife had been used to cut ropes, seatbelts, hose, everything. That knife saved lives. And it had a beer bottle opener!!!!
Our house recently got broken into and the knife just happened to be sitting on my dresser. It was taken, along with many other valuable things, but I think I miss that knife the most. I can honestly say, though, that I'm sold on the Leatherman blades.

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.
