The Blast is Up to the Task
You wouldn't think that someone working in a grocery store would need a good solid multi tool, but you'd be wrong. I worked in a grocery store for several years and bought a Leatherman Blast for the work. Every day I used my Blast to do everything from cutting open dozens of boxes, to repairing shopping carts, even fixing up broken checkout stations; once I even used the saw blade to trim up a tree branch that was hanging too low.
Sadly I did manage to break the lock mechanism opening an extremely thick carton, but a quick email to Leatherman, a trip down to the UPS store to ship the tool out for repair and I had my old friend repaired and ready for more work. They even replaced the eyeglass bit I had lost about a year or so back. I still use the Blast every day at work. Thank you, Leatherman, for making such an excellent tool.

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.
