Wow!
My ex-military buddy Ric, (now a refrigeration tech.), always raved about your tools and how he couldn't survive without them. I always pooh-poohed him and thought... "Just another gadget".
About 3 years ago I purchased a "Wave", and I don't doubt there has been a day that the tool has not been removed from the sheath and used. I can honestly say every tool on it has been used. Now, like my buddy, I could not be without it!
Recently, I sent my beloved "Wave" in for some minor repairs to your warrant depot, but before doing so I purchased a "Surge" so not to be without a tool. Wow! In less that two weeks I received my Wave back... in like new condition. In this day and age of almost non-existent customer service, you guys are the best! I will tell this story over and over again for years and continue to recommend and purchase your products.
I am a sales rep., design and support tech. for HVAC systems, farmer and avid outdoorsman. My "Wave" goes with me day to day, and on weekends while farming or Quading the back trails the "Surge" is always by my side.
