Heavy Charge
I remember the day I got my first Leatherman. I had been bugging my dad about wanting one for the weeks leading up to my 18th birthday and on the day low and behold I got my very own Wave, I was so excited! It remains to this day one of my all time favorite gifts.
Not long after that I started my first job pumping gas and immediately started to find uses for the tool every day. When I took my next job as a field technician repairing one hour photo machines my Wave was right there by my side becoming even more useful. For seven years that tool was in my hand every day (that's no exaggeration).
Three years ago when I came across the Charge at the local knife store I decided it was time for an upgrade and boy have I been happy with that decision! This tool is phenomenal! The heavier, sharper blades and sturdy body are awesome! And the bit driver is one of the best and most useful upgrades one could ever ask for.
I have since moved on, and am now a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, I use my Leatherman now more than ever and you can't beat it! Every day, big machine, big jobs and the Charge handles everything I throw at it! Other guys at the shop have used the competition and they've all failed to stand up; we've all got Leatherman now.
And where's my Wave you ask? It's in my glove box and I still use it all the time... after all, it's the one that started it all.

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.
