CUTTING BRANCHES
I recently received a Leatherman Wave for ''being such a good kid''. (I chipped in a little too). I go to this outdoor program every Friday. It’s called Earthwalk. It’s really fun. We spend the entire day outside (from 9 to 3). One day we were cutting down trees for a shelter and the first one had just fallen. And now picture this, about six 10 year old kids carrying a 200 pound tree on their shoulders with all the branches poking them in the face. Bruce and I (Bruce is one of my friends who does Earthwalk too) didn't think we'd enjoy that at all. So, we were on the tree faster than a Leatherman bit driver on a loose screw. Now most multi tool saws don't work very well, but with a Leatherman saw I beg to differ. The saws went through the branches like a knife through butter, and made the walk back to camp a lot easier.

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.
