Most Useful Tip I've Ever Received
I work at Uno Chicago Grill in Nashua, NH. Today I waited on two men, one of whom I noticed had a Leatherman strapped to his belt. "Is that a Leatherman?" I asked him. "Yeah, it's a Wave" he replied. A classic. I told him I'm definitely going to get a Charge TTi for my camping expeditions this summer, and out of his sheath he pulls exactly that. I handled it and wow, was I impressed. I then showed him my Skeletool CX, which I've used at least once every single day.
As they were leaving the man with the multi-tools thanked me and handed me a 2009 catalog, and inside it was a new Crater c33x! I shook his hand and thanked him graciously. This was undoubtedly the most useful tip I've ever received.
It really made my day, and I just want to thank him and thank Leatherman for having such great representatives. I look forward to using my new Crater and introducing it into my every day carry.

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.
