15 Years of Leatherman Use
I got my first Leatherman in 1994. It was the PST II. I used it for years until I lost it a few years ago. I was lost without it, so I shopped around for a replacement. I didn't like the Gerber or the other choices available, so I spent the extra money and replaced it with the original Wave and the Wave has been on my belt ever since. I use it constantly for everything from repairing motorcycles to slicing apples at lunch. I currently work as a cable TV tech and my Wave is very useful when working on equipment on the poles. On the occasion that I drop a tool from the top of a pole, my Leatherman usually lets me complete the job without having to go back down to pick up what I dropped. It's also saved the day several times while out on my motorcycle.
Yesterday, I broke the pliers tip, so I'm sending the Wave back for repair. Fortunately, I found my PST II a couple of years ago when I sold an old car (it was under the seat), so I will be carrying it again until I get my Wave back.
Thanks for making a great product.

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.
