Tool Tales

January 2009

Comes in Quite Handy

I bought my first Crunch tool when I was deployed to Iraq. I lost the first one once in the sand and found it. Then I lost it for good. Bought another one, lost it ... again in the sand in Iraq. I have since bought another one and had it for 3 years only to lose it. While I had my Crunch tool, it was extremely useful: working on misc. Humvee parts, helping fix trucks we were escorting, even working on my laptop while deployed (the screwdriver was small enough for the screws), but it was still strong enough to do any job I put it through.

I have since got a Kick tool for Xmas and I won’t be buying another Crunch unless I find a good deal.

Tell Us Your Tale

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.
