A Lost Bet
Dear Leatherman Tool Co.,
About 10 years ago, on Thanksgiving Day, my dad made me a bet. He said if I carried his Leatherman for a week I would not give it back.
I told him okay, just to show him that I wouldn’t like it as much as my Buck knife. He had been after me for months to just try the Leatherman. Well, he was right. I have never carried anything else since about the third day I carried his!
Needless to say, I have had to have it repaired a couple of times, with no hassles. The last time you replaced it with an upgraded tool because my original has been retired. Thank you very much and I will bet that I can get use to the new one just as easily as I did the original. When I sent the old one in this last time, I had to buy another one and bought the Kick. Not as many tools as the original, but just as useful.
Thank you for all the great customer service.

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.
