SURGE Saves the Day!
Last weekend, I was at my sister’s house playing cards with her brother-in-law and his friends. While playing cards I heard a scream coming from the basement where Jim, my brother-in-law, keeps all of his tools. I quickly ran downstairs and realized that he had a zip tie around his wrist. It was so tight that his hand was turning purple! So, I took out the serrated blade on the SURGE and stuck the blade under the cable tie and pulled up really fast. The cable tie was cut in a second and he got to enjoy the rest of his Sunday afternoon!
I always have my SURGE on my belt. I have used the SURGE in so many dangerous situations they are too numerous to mention. I have even used it as a hammer in a bind! All I need is my SURGE and the bit kit and I am set for anything! I have tried and own at least five of every multi-tool brand and I always come back to my Leatherman. The Swiss tools, Power Locks, and even the large Freehand do not compare to the versatility of the SURGE!
