Tool Tales

April 2008

Leatherman Round the World

I have a Charge which I am inseparable from. It was my present to myself after graduating as a qualified Marine Engineer. I now work as a support engineer for a Round the World yacht race and use it constantly day in day out to keep a fleet of ten yachts maintained. I have a hugely comprehensive tool kit but always seem to have my trusty Charge in my hand. A c305 now keeps it company and is proving to be invaluable. The carabiner clip is a masterstroke as it keeps it safe on a climbing harness whilst at the top of a 26 meter mast. The new Skeletool has now caught my eye and I dare say it will make a welcome addition to my collection. Keep up the excellent work....

Tell Us Your Tale

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.
