Tool Tales

January 2009

The Move

I had just recently moved from a house into rented accommodations, as I am a student. However, as my possessions were mainly books, I didn’t have any tools. I had to erect the furniture in the house, so I actually used my Charge Ti to do pretty much all the construction. The house was spartan when me and my flat mates moved in, so we went to IKEA to buy cheap furniture - you know the usual desk and beds all, cheap by the way, LOL. But it all came as flat pack and we had to assemble it at home. None of us had a tool kit, but I always carry my Charge on my belt with me so we used the drill bits and the knife and pliers to build our digs. Bloody handy.

Tell Us Your Tale

OK, you voyeur, you. Enough of reading other people's stories. It's time you told your own tale of gripping heroism or even just neat DIY'ism. We know there's a Shakespeare in you somewhere. Don't make us use the Steens to find it.
