Saves Climbing 100m Every Time
I'm a communications climber in the Northern Territory in Australia. My Leatherman Core has saved me countless hundreds of meters of climbing effort since the first day of owning it. When going up a communication tower in the NT you need to cover all jobs but you always seem to forget something. The Core has all the features required to improvise around your day to day memory lapses and save me having to climb down 50m and up 50 again in tropical heat like you couldn't imagine. Everyone I know that climbs professionally has at least one Leatherman. They also say (as I agree) that if they have any breakages, they are fixed quickly by the service team in Sydney. I've had my Core repaired twice and it has only taken 9-13 days to have it fixed and back in my pocket, no questions asked. I miss it while it's gone!!!
